Prior to forming his own firm 12 years ago, Harold spent 21 years with three very prestigious New York City law firms: Flemming Zulack Williamson Zauderer (two years as an associate); Kleinberg Kaplan Wolff & Cohen (six years as an associate and 11 years as a partner) and Parker Duryee Rosoff & Haft (two years as a partner). For a number of years, Harold headed the corporate department at Kleinberg Kaplan. In his commitment to legal education, Harold has published articles and lectured to bar associations.
