Lauren brings more than 15 years of experience in business transactions, commercial real estate and commercial litigation to the firm.  As a business owner herself, she has the inside knowledge and experience to provide sophisticated legal solutions for a variety of business law matters.  Lauren enjoys helping both businesses and entrepreneurs accomplish their goals and mitigate risk. Lauren also has extensive experience as a commercial litigator.  A tactical and aggressive litigator, Lauren has experience personally managing cases from initiation through trial.  Lauren is a member of the State Bars of New Jersey, New York and California and admitted to practice in multiple federal courts throughout the country.   Away from the office, Ms. Komsa enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
